Drop Forging
Steel forgings produced using drop hammers from 8cwt to 20cwt. Components ranging from 1 gram to 5 kilos, delivering the optimum strength-to-weight ratio.
Press Forging
Non-ferrous forgings in aluminium and brass using presses from 100 to 250 tonnes. Ideal for complex geometries and tight tolerances.
In-House Die & Tool Production
Full die and tooling production using the latest CAD/CAM technology and CNC machining, enabling rapid response from design through to first sample.
Heat Treatment
Comprehensive heat treatment services to achieve the precise mechanical properties required by our customers' specifications and standards.
Surface Finishing
