We use AutoCAD® and Solidworks® software to produce detailed design packages. Third-party verification is available from notified body engineers when required.

Advanced Analysis
Finite Element Analysis (FEA) can be used to assess stress concentrations in more complex fabrications, where traditional calculation methods may not be sufficient.
Our FEA capability allows us to analyse and optimise complex geometries, ensuring that pressure vessels meet the most stringent safety and performance requirements while minimising material use and weight.

Visualisation
We offer 3D printing to create replica plastic scale models of your vessel design, or a particular component, giving you a physical representation before fabrication begins.
These models are ideal for client presentations, design review meetings, and for assessing assembly sequences and access requirements on complex vessels and skid packages.
